By manufacturer
Manufacturers and Endoscope Brands We Service
Pick the name on the device. Each page covers the product families we see most from that maker and the failures those families tend to bring in.
Why Independent Endoscope Repair Covers Every Manufacturer
An OEM service contract solves one brand. That is fine until you count what is actually in your inventory. A mid-size surgery center will typically hold GI scopes from one maker, rigid telescopes from another, camera heads from a third, and a shelf of light cables nobody can trace to a purchase order at all.
Running that through four separate service relationships means four quoting formats, four shipping arrangements, and four different people to chase when a device is late. We take all of it on one account. The full list of repair services shows what moves together on a single pickup.
Being independent also means we have no incentive to steer you toward a replacement. We tell you what failed, what it costs to fix, and whether fixing it is the right call.
Legacy Platforms and the Endoscope Brands OEMs No Longer Support
Clinical usefulness and parts support end on different schedules. Legacy urology sets and older arthroscopy platforms keep doing exactly what they were bought to do long after the maker moves on, and a facility that already owns them has little reason to replace working optics on someone else's timetable.
Those devices are a large share of what arrives here. Older rigid telescopes usually need optical relay work and seal restoration rather than electronics, which is why an independent shop can keep them in service. Our rigid telescope service covers rod lens replacement and shaft straightening on those sets.
If you are holding equipment from a discontinued line, tell us the model on the label and what it is doing. We will say plainly whether it can be brought back.
What Changes and What Stays the Same Across Medical Scope Makers
The failure modes rhyme across manufacturers even when the construction does not. Bending rubber degrades, angulation wires stretch, distal lenses take a forceps strike, channels get worn by accessories, and light bundles break a few fibers at a time until someone finally notices the field is dark.
What changes is access. Getting into a control body, releasing a distal cap, or removing an eyepiece is different on every platform, and doing it wrong turns a contained repair into a larger one. That is the part that takes bench time rather than a catalog.
The diagnostic sequence stays the same regardless of the name on the shaft, and it is written out on our bench protocol page. If a device already failed reprocessing, start with what a failed leak test means before you send anything.
